These wetsuit gloves from Osprey are made from 3mm neoprene with a grip palm.
They come in a choice of sizes from XS to XL
They also come with a handy draw string net carry bag.
Please note ours have a slightly different logo to the picture, it is all white and has only the writing on the back of the hand, nothing on the finger.
