To assist in your measuring, the following should assist in comparing your own measurements to those on the sizing grid for each make & style of wetsuit.

• "Chest" Measurement   =  We measure across the suit from armpit to armpit and double this to represent the "chest"
• "Waist" Measurement  =  We measure across the narrowest part in the middle of the suit and double this to represent the "waist"
• "Body" Measurement  = We measure at the back of the suit from the bottom of the collar to the point where the body meets the legs which represents the "body" You should measure from a point between the legs (around the mid point of the crotch) up the back to the top of the spine, this should give a reasonably accurate representation of the "body" measurement
• "Arm" Measurement  = We measure from the arm pit to the end of the sleeve and this represents the the measurement of the arm pit to the wrist bone.
• "Leg" Measurement  = We measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg this represents the inside leg to the ankle bone.

All our measurement are taken with the suit laid flat and unstretched, there is a degree of stretch in the neoprene so it is OK if some of your measurements are a little larger than those quoted although in this case the suit may feel snugger than you are used too, it is best to find a suit that is as close to your measurements as possible, it is not a good idea to purchase an oversized suit as it will not do the job for which it was designed, which is to keep you warm. The sizes  shown are outside measurements so will be larger than the inside allowing for the thickness of the neoprene, 3mm on most of the suits. When you find a suit you like that is the correct size for you, just click the image of the style you require and note the size indicated on the grid, clicking the image will take you to that style and you can then select your size and your 1st & 2nd colour trim choice, if you need any help just ring our helpline number at the bottom of each page.
