Christmas Mini Flat Microwaveable Hot Hugs

Get festive with these adorable funky hotties fragranced with relaxing lavender. They can be used as a hot or cold compress to help relieve any aches or pains.

These super-soft microwaveable hotties are gently scented with lavender oil which is released when warmed which aids relaxation and helps you to get a good night’s sleep.

Each one measures approx 16cm x 14cm x 2.5cm / 6.5" x 5.5" x 0.75" and comes boxed.

The perfect size for cuddles, using a fragrant lavender scented heat the hottie can help to soothe aches and pains, menstrual cramps, bruising, sports injuries, migraines, stress and tension.

Place half a cup of water inside the microwave whilst heating to assist rehydration, place the hottie on a non-metallic place and place inside microwave oven, making sure the filling inside is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occuring during heating). Ensure the surface is clean and dry before heating and that the turntable can rotate freely. Heat for 15 seconds then carefully touch test, continue to heat in increments of 5 seconds until desired temperature is reached up to a maximum of 25 seconds for a 500-750 watt microwave and a maximum of 20 seconds for a 800-1000 watt microwave. Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

To use as a cold compress remove outer packaging and place hottie in a plastic food bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
